DIY Vertical Drill using 775 Motor - 3D Pinted
Introducing the Mini Vertical Drill, a precision tool crafted with a 775 12V DC Motor that enables you to drill 90-degree holes with utmost accuracy. This compact powerhouse features a keyless chuck, capable of securely holding bits up to 10mm in diameter. Designed in Fusion 360 and brought to life with the Flying Bear Ghost 6 3D printer, it utilizes a specially designed adapter to seamlessly connect the keyless chuck to the motor's 5mm shaft.
The base of this drill press boasts four corner locks, not only providing stability but also functioning as effective clamps for securing small objects before drilling. The power switch is intuitively positioned on the lever for effortless operation.
This Mini Vertical Drill offers minimal play and vibration, setting it apart from the inexpensive drill stands commonly found in the market, notorious for their wobbling and imprecision.
