Welcome back to my water (related mechanics) tutorial series. This is an oxygen system extension of my previous swimming system which covers:
Oxygen system (with UI)
Simple health system (take damage if no oxygen)
Heath regenerates if oxygen is above a certain value
UI (oxygen bar fades in/out)
Drown with ragdoll
Simple restart screen
