6- A defective lightning cable! - Not at All!
7- Apple is having access to your phone secretly!! - Not at All!
8- A lightning cable that is not Made for iPhone, certified or an Apple cable! - Not True!
9- A USB power source that is not Made for iPhone or iPad, certified or an Apple power source! - Not True
10- This is a different issue and may be serious! - Don't be worried. Not True at all!
11- Your iPhone or iPad is water damaged! - Not True!
12- Your iPhone or iPad have some hardware defect! - Not True!
The Truth: The truth is this is a feature of iOS! It’s just the automatic cleanup process. It usually starts when you’re charging your iPhone or iPad. If you closely look at the flickering app icons you will see when the app icon is flickering instead of app name underneath of icons you will see the word "cleaning". Sometimes you might see a bit different word in a different language. But the meaning is always same. So, I would recommend you not to be worried, don't do anything silly. Even you don't need to go to Apple customer care too.
