▷ 1. Go To Start Menu and Type "cmd"
▷ 2. cmd.exe Right Button click and Run as administrator Mode.
▷ 3. Open Command Prompt Type "net stop WuAuServ"
▷ 4. Now Go To My Computer-Windows- find the folder "SoftwareDistribution"
▷ 5. Rename the folder "SoftwareDistribution" Name. example:SoftwareDistribution_rename
▷ 6. Then, go back the command prompt and run the command "net start WuAuServ"
▷ 7. Try to install .NET Framework again.
