INDEX & FILTER | How to return all matches?
To return all the buildings that have been built in the selected year.
We need first to filter the data.
Then we use the INDEX to return the buildings.
The INDEX range is the filtered data.
By typing 0 for the row index, we return the entire column.
We transpose the column to a row by using the TRANSPOSE function.
