I've been using Gusto for several years to run my payroll and one thing that has always stood out to me is their customer service. Not just the one-on-one support, but the amount of work they put into researching potential tax benefits for their customers.
With the pandemic, they really exceeded my expectations in providing tools and resources to sort through and apply for assistance. The PPP report generator was really helpful when applying, and they are actively keeping track of all the new rules and programs out there.
