If you're watching this, chances are you're experiencing some issues with your Netgear Range Extender. Don't worry, we're here to help. In this video, we'll walk you through some common troubleshooting steps to get your range extender back up and running.
To troubleshoot genie that continues to appear after installation:
● Press the WPS button on the EX2800 until the WPS LED blinks.
● Within two minutes, Hit the WPS button on your router.
● When your EX2800 connects to the router, the WPS LED turns green on the extender.
● Router LED on the booster should turn green too.
● If the Router LED does not light green, you may have to talk to our support.
● If your WiFi router supports the 5 GHz band, repeat steps 1 and 2 to connect the extender to the 5 GHz band.
● Move your AC750 extender to a new location.
● Connect your WiFi-enabled devices to the extended network and enjoy the uninterrupted services.
