350 g all purpose flour
60 g cornstarch
7 g baking powder
7 g yeast (dried)
2 g salt
50 g icing sugar
40 ml vegetable oil
10 ml extra vegetable oil
50 ml milk
100 ml warm water

Pork belly filling
Ingredients:

400g pork belly
Medium size onion (diced)
4 gloves garlic (dice)
15 g honey
20 g hoisin sauce
10 g dark soy sauce
20 g oyster sauce
10g siracha sauce
400ml chicken stock

Garnish
Ingredients:

Cucumber (julienned)
Carrots (julienned)
Chilies (sliced )
Sesame seeds (toasted)
Fresh Cilantro
