Ingredients

2 medium Size Mango
4 fresh tomatoes

Pork Humba recipe ( Chinese style)

1 kg Pork Belly
400 ml pineapple juice
400 ml water
100 ml vinegar
70 g brown sugar
1 pcs star anise
2 pcs bay leaves
15 g whole peppercorn
5 g salt

Take note

*Blanch the pork in water,it remove the gamey taste of the pork

*Cut the pork to 4cm, to absorb the simmering liquid

*Tie the pork pieces with kitchen string to prevent them from falling apart
