How to view and access the Hikvision camera and DVR devices:
First, identify the IP address for the device.

0:09 Type the IP Address for the device.
0:18 Type the user name and passport
0:26 Click on permission to install a new plug-in for the Internet Browser.
0:40 Give permission to enable and allow the plug-in for all websites.
0:47 Then on ViewPoint, click the View then click on Camera to get live feed
