What is assistive technology and how can we use it to aid our personal development? This week on LET'S MEET LIVE ( • LET'S MEET ) at 5pm UK time Thurs 23rd July, my guest will be Myles Pilling. Not only is he the host of 'The Smyles Podcast' , Myles is a council member for the British Assistive Technology Association and an external lecturer for Bath Spa University. He is a County Co-Ordinator for AbilityNet which helps disabled and elderly people to use their technology . He is definitely passionate about helping people reach their full potential and overcome their challenges and has dedicated his life to this work. Technology has always been part of his life and being a special schools teacher for 30 years and an ICT SEN Advisor for 10yrs, he has learnt to work with people in a way that benefits them. Join us as we look at how we can use technology to our advantage and which hidden tools are available to help us overcome barriers to our personal development.
