★Corn Tempura
[Ingredients for 1 - 2 people (5 - 6 pieces)]
1 Sweet corn
3 tbsp Flour
(You can use gluten-free flour, but not 100% brown rice flour)
3 tbsp Water
Cooking oil to deep-fry
★Tempura sauce
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Mirin
1/2 tsp Dashi powder
1/2 cup Water
Put them all together in a small pot and bring it to boil for 30 sec.
