How can we make this DIFFICULT time for moms of sick babies less traumatizing? The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a foreign world to many and the way we COMMUNICATE can really change the course for families. In this video we cover phrases, words and sentiments which mean so much to mothers and families in general. (All coming from the mouths of ex-NICU moms).
