I've been keeping an illustrated diary for a year now and I took it along with me during my solo trip to Tokyo last February (aka Japaniku 1.5). I always had the intention of revealing this little side project of mine but it took me so much longer than I thought to find the courage to show these very honest and personal doodles to the world. It's comparable to exposing my private journal in a sense but with little sketches collected during my adventures in Japan. I'm very excited but also very nervous to publish this project seeing how passionate I am about these little doodles of mine: they might be simple and unpolished but they all represent things I experienced and felt at the time of drawing them therefore representing parts of myself.
I truly hope you'll enjoy reading through this little doodle collection as much as you enjoyed watching the vlogs. Thank you for supporting this project and future ones to come (aka the next Japaniku adventures are counting on you)!
