Thick yellow discharge from the penis in whichever age group is not normal. Especially in youngsters we think of a sexually transmitted disease or an infection which is persistent which probably call as urethritis. So when this is there we sent whatever the discharge or semen for culture sensitivity to find out which is the organism involved and evaluate the patient properly and then treat it. Then by getting the culture sensitivity report we treat the patient with suitable antibiotics so that the infection gets cleared.
