Let's talk about removing your wisdom teeth can you remove all the four wisdom teeth at one go. Yes you can remove all the four wisdom teeth at one go but however you will also have to analyze what is right for you and then go ahead . If the extractions if the wisdom teeth extractions are a little complicated then my advice would be to go ahead with one side say for example two teeth on the right side can be removed in one go. Give a gap of 2 weeks and go ahead with removing other two on the left side after 2 weeks. However there is definitely no scientific evidence which says that you cannot remove all the four wisdom teeth you can go ahead by remembering that there is going to be post surgical discomfort there could be pain swelling and uneasiness or discomfort to chew your food properly. As long as you're ready to go ahead and address these complications and you are ready to go ahead having a liquid diet for at least a week's time there is no harm in removing all the four wisdom teeth at one go. You can definitely do that. Coming to the recovery part of wisdom teeth whether you remove one tooth or four teeth there is a minimum healing period which body requires so initial 24 to 48 hours what we call as an inflammatory phase where it is very crucial for the healing as long as you can manage all the post-operative instructions given by your dentist. Your healing will be fast tracked, however you will also have to pay attention to your symptoms and you will have to have a regular checkup till the healing happens. Initial healing can take up to 5 to 7 days and delayed healing can progress up to 3 to 6 weeks.
