Let's do yoga in the forest together :P This yoga and stretch flow will start with a quick shoulder and hip opening stretch then will move into our back focused movements. We'll go into our bridge, on hands and on elbows. Next we will perform a stretch variation of the table top yoga pose that will target our shoulders, lats, and spine. And we will end with a back and core strengthening movement, plank rock variation. I do this on one leg at a time to further practice core strength. Even though I didn't show this in the video, I recommend doing 8 reps per leg for 3 sets for a nice burn. This exe3rcise is great for handstand work as well. I hope you enjoy the video! Xoxo
