Echpochmak, or Triangle with potatoes and meat, is one of the popular dishes of Tatar cuisine. These are very tasty and hearty pastries. For bread, potato, and meat lovers, you can't find anything better.

Recipe for Tatar triangles with meat and potatoes, Echpochmaks:
Dough for echpochmaks:

200g of soft butter
70g of sour cream
200ml of water
salt, sugar
450g of flour + for dusting
