so i'm back with another leg workout! so I have here my 6 favorite isolated glute exercises, it's important that we really find time to isolate our muscles, especially our glutes since it is one of the biggest muscles in our body. isolating our glutes will help in correcting any muscles imbalances that we may not notice while doing our big lifts such as the squat.
