Something we often neglect to do at the gym is properly stretching and foam rolling before and after a workout. It's an important component of the workout as it helps with muscle imbalances, allow joints to move through their full range of motion, decrease tension (knots) and will also help you to avoid injury by warming up the joints and muscles.
Most importantly though, foam rolling (SMR) and stretching can help with delayed onset muscle soreness!
So here's a simple video to help y'all start incorporating some of these in to your workout sessions!
