As you guys know I made a pretty big investment not too long ago, getting a 48" OLED monitor to play Xbox at 4K 120Hz refresh rate. However recently a weird message started popping up on the screen: "Please turn off the power for panel protection and do not unplug the monitor".

This got a bit frustrating as I didn't know a way to turn off this message. I turned the TV on and off, and tried to press some other buttons on the remote, but this message will just keep showing up, disrupting my game play lol.

Fortunately I figured out a way to get rid of it. And that is basically to let the TV run through a process called APCS (AORUS Prevention Compensation System). It isn't too hard to initiate it, and once it's initiated it will run itself for 5 minutes. After that, this error message will disappear.
