How to Check if Your Images are Lazy-Loading with Chrome Dev Tools Network Tab
Switch to the Chrome Dev Tools Network Tab, and filter for "Img". As you scroll down the page, new image requests should be being made under the Network tab if lazy loading is properly enabled.
