Let's build a 4G/LTE hotspot. For this we will use the Mikrotik RBM33G Routerboard, a miniPcie LTE/4G modem and - Rooter. Yes, this is no typo. Rooter is a fork of OpenWrt and specializes on LTE/4G Hardware.
