In today’s video, you will learn how to optimize your Oculus Quest to run PCVR smoothly, fix stutter and reduce lag, using the Oculus Debug Tool.

First, open the “Oculus” installation folder.
Now, navigate to “Support” and “oculus-diagnostics”.
And then, open the “Oculus Debug Tool”.
Now, save your previous settings before making any changes.
After that, under “(PC) Asynchronous Spacewarp” select “Disabled”.
Under “Distortion Curve”, select “Low”.
Under “Encode Resolution Width”, select “3648”.
Under “Encode Bitrate (Mbps)”, select “300”.
And then, under “Link Sharpening”, select “Quality”.
