Common methods used in ART are In vitro fertilization, where commonly an embryo is formed and second procedure is Intracytoplasmic injection. It is very commonly performed where we form an embryo and 3rd is Zygote Intra Fallopian Transfer that is not commonly done Gamete Intra fallopian transfer (GIFT) that is also not commonly done. Only commonly performed procedures are IVF and the ICIS. In ART there so many methods which can bring the success more by culturing the gametes up to the day 3 embryos and day 5 embryos that is called blastocyst. The success rate depend on many factors they are age of the women. Indications of the ART or any factors which causing the age related factors and severely allogenic substances. So depend on these factors the success varies. In our clinic the success rate is 55 to 60%. The success is very good in day 5 embryo transfer.
