Preparation and ingredients:
4 large eggs.
300g sugar.
Beat until fluffy.
350g flour.
2 teaspoons of baking powder.
2/3 teaspoon salt.
Mix well.
Put 70 g butter in a saucepan.
240ml milk.
1 g vanilla (or 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar).
Heat until the butter has melted and bring to a boil (do not boil).
As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove from heat.
Add half of the flour mixture to the egg mixture.
Stir with a mixer on low speed.
Pour in half of the hot milk and butter.
Mix well.
Pour in the rest of the flour.
Mix well.
Pour in the rest of the butter and milk.
Mix well.
Cover the baking dish with parchment paper (I have a 32x20cm baking sheet).
Put the dough in a baking dish.
Place in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 ° C (top and bottom, no fan).
Check with a skewer.
Let the cake cool down.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
