You will be enthusiastic! Quick preparation for tea in 5 minutes + freezing in the refrigerator. Your family and friends will love the chocolate cream pudding.
ingredients
Milk - 1 l
Flour - 120g
Starch - 25 g
Sugar - 170 g
Butter - 20 gr
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
roasted peanuts - 100 g
dark chocolate - 50 g
Recipe and preparation: 👇:
Pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan.
170 grams of sugar.
10 g vanilla sugar.
120 g flour (sift the flour).
25 g corn starch.
Mix well to avoid lumps.
Set the pan on medium heat.
Cook the cream, stirring constantly.
Once the cream comes to a boil, cook another 2 minutes.
Add 20 g of butter.
Stir well and remove from heat.
Spread the cream into the molds.
I have glasses for 250 g.
Cover each jar with plastic wrap.
Put it in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
After 1 hour.
Take the pudding out of the cups.
Cut the frozen cream in half.
Decorate with any nuts.
I have chopped peanuts and walnuts.
