Anxiety is a big issue and this is sometimes real, virtual. Anxiety is a kind of mindlessness. Mindfulness is the best way to cure the anxiety. Sometimes anxiety shows that they don’t have the patience, their palpitation starts. Anxiety is not a alone way problem. Long time stress will convert into anxiety . anxiety has lot of issues,, sometimes it is visible, sometimes invisible, sometimes you will not be able to sit, you will get fits kind of thing in your body. For the anxiety most advisable yoga is the hatha yoga a with the breathing awareness, all the asanas which will increase you breathing capacity. So all the asanas with the exhale pose, not the inhale pose, which will enhance your exhalation is very good for anxiety that is known according to our great guru , yoga master T. Krishnamacharya. He told fro anxiety one has to practice the Brhamana and Langhana. So Brahmana is a very active one and langhana is which will soothe our body. So pranayam with no holding, no kapalbhati, no bhastrika only one can practice the sheetali pranayama, anulom, vilom, narisudha pranayam, very mild way don’t exert to much. So all the posture with the breathing are the best way to cure the anxiety and whatever you are doing, practice the mindfulness. Mindfulness is what I am doing at present, just be there, and this is one of the best way to cure anxiety.
