Did you know the Cupra brand as we know it was born in 2018? The Cupra Ateca builds on the Motorsport heritage of the Cupra name with a package synonymous with SEAT’s performance range, rallying success and touring cars since the brands introduction in 1996. The Ateca is the first Cupra model to proudly wear the new Tribal inspired badge with distinctive Cooper highlights throughout signaling it’s departure from the SEAT brand.
At the heart of the Ateca is Cupra’s 2.0 TSI engine developing 300 bhp and 400Nm of torque, all models are equipped with a 7 speed dual clutch DSG automatic transmission and Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) - this is instrumental to how the car performs with adaptive dampers that continually adjust or be configured at the touch of a button.
