From Saffron Peda to Ghari Pistachio, delicacies offered to PM Modi at grand Brunei Palace
Darussalam Brunei: Marking 40 years of diplomatic ties b/w India and Brunei, PM Modi made historic visit to South Asian nation on September 03. During his landmark tour to Brunei, PM Modi held talks with the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei. PM Modi also attended the grand banquet by Sultan of Brunei Darussalam at world’s largest residential palace. Taking to ‘X’, India in Brunei shared glimpses of food items from the banquet, during which ‘Food Diplomacy’ was showcased. From Indian fusion Mango Saffron Peda to Motichoor Laddoo to delicacies from across the world were offered to PM Modi.
