CREME BRULEE:
1c heavy cream
5 egg yolks
2tbs sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
Flakey salt (to garnish)
combine everything in a pan and mix together
over medium high heat, constantly mix until the mixture get's fairly warm
then lower to medium low and continue mixing until you reach near 170f
be very careful and take your time during this part because it will overcook quickly.
pour the mixture into a wide but not too shallow bowl and stick in the freezer to chill (35-45 minutes)
add about 1tbs white sugar on top and torch (:
TOP WITH FLAKEY SALT!!!
**if you overcook it slightly, you can blend it all together and it will be fine
