MISO CREME BRULEE:
1c heavy cream
5 egg yolks
2tbs sugar
2tsp miso
1/2tsp vanilla extract
- combine everything in a pan and mix together
- over medium high heat, constantly mix until the mixture get's fairly warm
- then lower to medium low and continue mixing until you reach near 170f
- be very careful and take your time during this part because it will overcook quickly.
- pour the mixture into a wide but not too shallow bowl and stick in the freezer to chill (35-45 minutes)
- add about 1tbs white sugar on top and torch (:
**if you overcook it slightly, you can blend it all together and it will be fine
