Jean-Michel Cousteau congratulates Russians on successful return of captive whales
Jean-Michel Cousteau is grateful that the Government of Russia and the Russian people supported the return of 10 orcas and 87 belugas back into their natural habitat following their illegal capture and holding in the Whale Jail. He also calls on all countries to ban the capture of cetaceans for the entertainment industry.
