Hey! This is my Indie Spotlight! I’ll be talking about various indie games, trying to bring independent studio games some attention that might have been overlooked. After my short review and overview, i’ll be including some of my initial game play.

I had to remove the original audio after game play due to a copyright notice from the music label of the song "She Wants Me Dead." Sorry! I was provided this game for review by the developer, Hello There Games.

This game was frustratingly difficult. With that being said, I had a lot of fun. If you’re not a fan of games where every step or move you make in the wrong direction will have you dead and starting over, then don’t play this. If you’re like me and enjoy difficult platformers similar to Super Meat Boy for example, then give it a go.

She Wants Me Dead is a game about a cat who wants revenge on its owner so it has set up traps and such for you to get through. There is only 10 levels in total so the time to beat is pretty short, or long if you strugglebus on certain levels. Each level is unique with new challenges and combinations of traps. You’ll face the typical platformer traps like sawblades, fire, spikes, pistons and electricity. The game plays well with every trap moving to the beat.
