Hey! This is my Indie Spotlight! I’ll be talking about various indie games, trying to bring independent studio games some attention that might have been overlooked. After my short review and overview, i’ll be including some of my initial game play.

Die for Valhalla! Is an action adventure RPG with a familiar play style and a unique gameplay aspect. In this action RPG, you play as a Valkyrie set out to make a name for yourself. This supernatural maiden has the ability to possess anything and everything including inanimate objects like barrels. You’ll mostly be possessing fallen Norse warriors as your embark on your quest hacking and slashing your enemies.

It goes without saying that this game has a strong resemblance to Castle Crashers. I played that game many times over with multiple groups. Die for Valhalla! brings back that fun group play of hacking slashing and humor. Many jokes will be made as your progress through the story. The writers did an awesome job on this game to bring that special type of humor to a game.
