I share with you 11 foods that potentially can give you fatty liver. All the foods are popular foods that we eat everyday.

The idea behind this video is to provide you with a snippet of some of the foods that can cause you fatty liver. Your liver is special and a vital organ. Eating high fructose foods will lead to fat deposition in your liver.

When you eat high fructose foods, your liver won't be able to handle the fructose load. Your liver will convert some of that fructose to fat.

Fatty liver does have metabolic consequences. High cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, high blood sugar etc can result from eating excess fructose in your diet.

This is not a complete list of high fructose foods. It's just a sample of them to get you thinking outside the box. The idea is to encourage you to scale down your consumption of foods that are likely to give you non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

You'll learn if fructose is bad for you and why you should eat less fructose in your diet.
