Do you want stronger bones? Do you want to prevent osteoporosis? Do you want to reverse osteoporosis? Here is a simple 7-minute exercise designed to help you achieve that goal.
It is an easy to do exercise. It's an exercise of moderate intensity impact with the aim of putting some stress on the bone in a controlled manner. It's not an exercise you hear about often but it works a treat for building stronger bones by increasing the bone's density. This is how you prevent breaking your hip joint in old age because this exercise increases the density of the femoral bone and protects the neck of the femur from breaking. Fracture of the neck of the femur is the most common fracture in older folks. Do this exercise daily and you end up with a stronger hip joint.
