Going to North Kansas City to check out this blended whiskey from Restless Spirits. In 2016 the Shannon's started the distillery. A tribute to Irish American workers the "Stone Breaker" use their malt and a 4 year old imported from Ireland. Did if have the soft subtleties of an Irish hillside or has it brought the feistiness that Irish-Americans are known for??
