Far North Spirits - Roknar Rye Finished in Cognac Casks
Today we are tasting a Minnesota Rye that come miles from the Canadian border. This young rye doesn't have any of the bad signatures that come with young whiskey. It is 80% AC Hazlet Winter Rye, and corn and 10% come from the 4th Generation family farm. The remaining Malt Barley come from MN.
