Neeley Family Distillery : Single Barrel "Autumn Vanilla" - Whiskey Review
The Neeley family has been distilling for 11 generations in the hills of Kentucky. In 2015, Roy Neeley and his son Royce took the family business legal. As the head distiller, Royce uses old family recipes and the Neeley family yeast strain to bring natural flavors to the spirits. Embracing old methods and concentrating on quality from the start yields impressive results even at a young age.
