TPR and KLRN hosted a free event on Wednesday, September 11th at the Irma & Emilio Nicholas Media Center as we watched an episode of the PBS series, 'Roots of Comedy" featuring Laredo-born comedian, Vanessa Gonzalez. After the thirty-minute screening, we enjoyed a community conversation with Vanessa on what inspires her comedy, what it was like on the show and more.
