Fancy lard, varenyky & lazy cabbage: Ukrainian cooking class, Lviv
Our highlight in Lviv was a night at Kateryna's Ukrainian cooking class Sil’.
We must admit, we had some hesitations coming to Ukraine in regards to cuisine. We feared a monotonous daily intake of cabbage and potatoes. Kateryna smashed that stereotype.
