Jogging anytime is good for the body. Actually our body loves movement, it always loves to be on the move and all our systems will be functioning optimally when we are moving. Yet, the question is what is the right time to jog. Jogging in the morning has certain advantages like the air is fresh, your mind is fresh, your physiology is ready for a workout. When you jog at night, there is no adequate clean air , you would be tired after the entire days job, plus your biological clock wont be providing sufficient energy to workout in the night, yet people do workout at night. People play IPL in night, does not mean that their body is not appropriately cooperative. But in a normal case scenario, lets say people with diabetes, people with hypertension , their body parameters would be optimally functioning only if they do exercise in the morning because the benefits of the exercise would be carried out in the entire day juist because they worked out n there morning . When at the night, it little alters the physiology, when they sleep after exercises the benefit will not be cherished at all . so, if you cant do exercise in the morning or jogging in the morning, atleast jogging in any time of the day is good enough, but don’t think of stopping jogging at all . If morning is not possible, then you can consider the evening time, but certainly not after food, not at night.
