In this simmering drama, Eva, a young housewife yearning for excitement, embarks on a passionate affair with a free-spirited artist. The arrival of her uptight husband throws their tangled situation into chaos, forcing them to confront their desires and redefine their marriage.

Beneath the polished surface of Evelyn and Adrian's seemingly perfect marriage lies a chasm of unspoken frustrations. As a stay-at-home wife, Evelyn feels neglected and unfulfilled, her desires stifled by Adrian's controlling behavior. Adrian, consumed by work and the pursuit of career advancement, fails to notice his wife's sexual yearning. When a freewheeling artist enters the picture, the three of them form an unlikely triangle with explosive results.

It won the 2018 Best Foreign Film festival award at the Downtown Film Festival Los Angeles. It also won for Best Comedy at the Milan International Filmmaker Festival. Maia Nikiphroff was nominated for Best Lead Actress in a Comedy for Original Sin, while Alejandro Torres Mechaca was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Foreign Language Film for Original Sin in that same festival.
