Today we are sharing with you a recipe for a vegetarian dish - couscous with vegetables. It turns out to be satisfying, but at the same time easy. It is well suited for lunch. This side dish is prepared very quickly, so fans of recipes in a hurry will like it.
Vegetables for our dish are stewed for an extremely short time, so they retain a lot of vitamins and some fiber. The body receives nutrients in an easily digestible form. Interestingly, as a result of heat treatment, the content of carotene (vitamin A) in carrots increases.
