Nixon Speech on Handing over of Redacted Watergate Tape Transcripts (Part 4 of 4)
Richard Nixon gives a speech on April 29, 1974 announcing he is handing over redacted transcripts of the Watergate tapes, instead of the actual tapes. Nixon claims the transcripts exonerate him, but is later forced to hand over the tapes themselves by the Supreme Court.
