Under the project, the government has established 50 Gnan Shakti residential schools where 15,000 students will be admitted. There are 25 Gnan Shakti tribal residential schools that can accommodate 7,500 students, and as many as 32,000 students are to be admitted to 400 Gnan Setu day schools. There will be 10 Raksha Shakti schools, which will accommodate 800 students, sources said.

•11 new universities, 400 new colleges, 1.25 lakh new teachers, 38,000 new schoolrooms and doubling the seats for technical courses.
•And a massive reduction in the drop out rate at all primary levels.
•Campaign for imparting English education to Youth.
