Replacing the Audi A4 B8 rear view mirror / the heated mirror not working

To dismantle the exterior rearview mirror of Audi A4 B8, it is better to use a suction cup, but you can simply pry it with a plastic puller blade, but there are chances to break the fasteners / bracket or split the mirror itself.
The resistance of the heating threads is 5-10 ohms, in my case there was a circuit break in the mirror.
Error code for faulty mirror heating:
00920 - Heated Outside Mirrors Driver Side (Z4) / Passenger Side (Z5) 012 - Electrical Fault in Circuit
