In this video you will learn how to divide the frequency of an input clock signal by any integer from 0 to 10. Furthermore you can divide my much more by cascading the outputs of these IC's and divide by much higher numbers, for example 3x4017 IC's cascaded dividing by 3, 7, and 10 would give a complete division of the frequency of 210. So a 16MHz input frequency would output a frequency of 76,190.4762Hz. Or an input frequency of 210Hz would output 1Hz.
