Welcome back, educators.
Today we’ll explore the Paragraph styles.
Let’s start by writing some text in the document.
Now, give every line a different style.
And this is the result.
Let’s copy the text to another page.
Change the text’s font on the first page.
When we change the default paragraph style, we could apply it automatically to all the texts that have the same paragraph style.
Let’s take the Title style as an example.
We’ve changed it to another font
And we could apply the new style to all Titles in the document in one click.
the next step is adding a border to the paragraphs.
The border and shading window will appear. We could format the border as we like.
Let’s put the final detail by changing the line space.
And this is the final result of this exercise.
